It's very simple, Ivan. On your pics there are fucking 29 MIG's. As you see on >>33496665 pic, there is hangars for old soviet (before 80's) aircraft, and modern russiean planes (since 80's) are too big for old hangars.
On our base planes just waited outside, and in hangars our dumbass sergants an prapors kept sand and other old soviet trash.
