Iraqi/Afghanistan Coalition forces and even Syrians have shown that such a vehicle isn't needed when you actually use combined arms with your ground forces instead of just throwing vehicles into an area.

I highly doubt they're using 57mm as well considering how the Russian MoD already said that its utility wasn't enough to justify the anemic ammunition load.
