I'm a 5'1 turbomanlet and I've never had trouble shooting 30-06 even with hot hunting loads. Unless those gooks were very malnourished, I'm sure they could handle it

I believe that in he book Chickenhawk (which everyone here should read) the author at one point states that if the South Koreans were allowed to run the war it would be over in a year. There wouldn't have been a lot of Vietnamese left though.

The VNAF (South Vietnamese Air Force) was suppose to have been given B-57s by the USAF as their first jets A few were turned over for a trial run, but the Vietnamese pilots disliked them because they had stiff mechanical controls that took a lot of physical strength to operate, which was hard for the relatively small Vietnamese. Only one of the VNAF pilots who flew them actually liked them enough to really support keeping them, and he was killed in a freak ground accident when the brakes on one of the planes somehow got released and the plane ran him over (not kidding - this really happened). After that, the Americans gave up on the Vietnamese B-57s and eventually ended up giving them much lighter and easier-to-control F-5s and A-37s instead.

Yes, the board has become horribly infantile as of late.

Asian manlet who regularly shoots a Lee Enfield here.

No problems at all. I regularly hit within the 10 ring offhand, and on some days I shoot better offhand than from the bench for some reason. I have more trouble with the iron sights than anything since it's a No1 Mk3.

I do find the MAS 36 easier to point due to the short length but I don't shoot it as often since ammo is much harder to get.
