I want a fireable Martini-Henry. A major obstacle to this ambition is my inability to cast 577 slugs by my self. If I bought Martini brass and some primers for it, could I load the shells with 12 gauge buckshot instead of the solid 577 slug? Will it somehow fuck up the bore?

It sounds like you need to learn a little more about reloading before doing anything.
What is stopping you from casting some bullets?
Doesn't a company actually make a 12 gauge version

wouldn't you need a .45 caliber bullet ?

Jesus fucking wept. Learn to Google, anon.
Casting bullets isn't hard.
You can fire shot out of a rifle, but the rifling will make it pattern in a circle. You're also going to have a hell of a time getting buckshot into .557/450 brass, which, you should realize, is even more trouble to get and maintain than casting bullets.

Casting soft lead bullets is braindead easy. You don't need as much equipment as you think you do. There are a lot of youtube videos about it, check some out.

This is the sauce.
I own a greener gp 12 gauge martini action, absolutely lovely to shoot, It's chambered for 2 1/2 inch cartridges'

The hardest part is actually finding a way to trim the brass.
I know you can buy ready to load brass but that's sort of a finite supply.
