It's one of those things where you'll know it when you find it. My favorite won't be yours most likely since we lead different lives and use our guns in different ways.
For me it's the vz58. It just does so many things I want so perfectly, I can't name anything else that serves me better by a long shot. Lots of guns do a lot of fun/useful things for me, or I crave shooting one caliber/gun more on a given day. But none do so many great things at once where I could literally be happy with just the one gun.
