9mm probably best for ammo capacity, recoil and price. .45 or 10mm if you want to meme/little more power.

Glock would work but it's a Glock. people seem to like Ruger LCP, HK VP9, and maybe Beretta 92fs compact depending on size you can conceal.

They're ~300 dollars with 18 round magazines and great reliability, they're pretty much the best guns you can get for the price.

I'm a revolver guy, so my recommendation is for the Ruger LCR. They come in all sorts of calibers, but either the .38 or the 9mm would be a fine choice.

Get a 9mm semi-automatic and Shadilay, brother. .45 ACP is better for penetrating landwhale blubber, but is harder to conceal. The Smith and Wesson M&P Shield is popular for a reason, but ultimately, go to a gun store, tell them (without mentioning shooting antifa) what you want, and hold every gun they present you that matches.
