Return it. Get a PA Micro dot if you insist on an optic.

They are VERY shitty and you'll be better served with getting a budget optic that won't shit the bed when you look at it the wrong way. Oh, and you'll need a good mount like an Ultimak or RS Regulate. Ignore the cheap amazon bullshit unless you like wasting money, being forever poor and a victim to instant gratification.

If you are 100% poorfag, don't even mess with red dot optics and spend that money on ammo.

Put one on my 10/22 back in 2006, still going strong. Only had to swap out the battery once because I derp'd and left it on.

No idea how it will perform on an AK, but for a .22 it works just fine.
