Sup /k/,
I've been thinking about getting an M4 Super 90 with my tax return. For context, I live in Canada, and would only be using this for shooting slugs/clays at the range.
(For further reference for actual Canadians, it has an 18.5 inch barrel, and would be non-restricted.)
Does anyone own one of these and/or have stories to share about it? The reviews I've found online all seem to be positive.
Bumping with pictures.

av12g on IG has one. He's a leaf and has a sweet gun collection.

Thanks.
Flipping through this, it seems like all he does is take (admittedly nice) pictures of it. Does he ever talk about how it runs? He seems happy enough from his vague enigmatic comments, (And it seems like he likes it enough to have spent a lot of money on accessories for it), but still.
do you have access to benelli m2? I'd rather get that
>more traditional shotgun with bead sights and full stock and cheaper but still just as reliable
shooting pistol grip stock shotguns sucks, it doesn't point as well and you can feel it in your wrist after a while
ghost sights are dumb, use a bead and point, so much faster and still precise

the m2 is the most popular shotgun on the 3 gun circuit

I mean, for a 'traditional' shotgun, I've already got my Ithaca, and love it. I just really enjoy the idea of owning this.
>>33406671
Its not a question of "traditional" it's a question of comfort
>>33406642 is hardly traditional
but that full rifle stock will be more enjoyable to shoot that the adjustable one. bead sights are easier and faster than ghost rigs. you don't aim with a shotgun, you point a shotgun. that's why ghost rings are silly.
desu the m2 is way prettier than the m4 and way different from an ithica. just suggestion

If hes mainly using it as a slug gun i dont see whats wrong with ghostrings. Its an odd choice to bust clays with but if hes just fuckin around and having fun theres worse ways to do it.

>question of comfort
Well, as I found out after I posted the thread, there's actually a local store that has an M4 in stock. So I can see what it feels like in my hands tomorrow.
>the m2 is way prettier
I respect this opinion, but disagree.
>bead sights vs ghost rings
Fair point. My Ithaca doesn't have a rear sight. If I'm just focusing on the front post anyway, will I notice a difference?

ghost ring is distracting for clays, i prefer a bead.

I've never actually looked through a ghost ring before. I guess I can also check what that's like tomorrow.

If you can afford it, get it. The M4 is the king of semi-auto shotguns here. I can only afford a Remington Versa Max, but I'd love an M4.
Thanks, everyone.
