Where can I find a used Glock 33 for $400? At the prices Im seeing I might as well save up an extra $75 and buy it new.

Why would you ever want a .357 Sig gun?
>>33363865
Because reasons, its an all around good caliber for HD, CD, CC.

Yeah, have fun shooting .357 shig out of a fucking subcompact
>literally and I mean literally what the fuck is a Glock 19

and forgot to add, have fun actually trying to afford to shoot .357 shig

In all honesty, a Glock 26 or Glock 19 will be the better choice. Handgun ballistics are nearly identical and it's not worth trading off affordability and shootability for a smaller percieved increase in power.
A Glock 33 is quite difficult to shoot, pair that up with the lack of provisions for a high powered light and you're going to have even more difficulties shooting it well considering you'll have to use your offhand to hold a white light if you were to have to shoot in a low light situation.
My recommendation, Glock 19 with either an X300U or a TLR 2 HL attatched for HD and remove the light for when you CC. The Glock 19 is the most flexible gun they make and you absolutely cannot go wrong for getting one.

Thanks but I guess Ill just get this since Im a poorfag atm.

Strongly recommend against it. Taurus makes shit guns and they're not worth your buisiness when there's plenty of other manufacturers that make a proven and reliable gun you can bet your life on.
What's your budget? I can point you to a better direction than the G2.

I just want something now for HD and plinking that will still have a use as a car gun once Im able to save up more. I could spend up to $300ish but Id rather spend less than more.
All the G2 reviews Ive seen so far say its 100% reliable, and I like the $200 price tag.

Im noguns btw.

If $300 is absolutely what you'll only be able to afford, get an M&P Shield. It's not the most effective to use for home defense due to the compromise on size but the upside is that you can not only have something in the house, it can also be used to conceal very easily.
M&P's have a much better track record and S&W is a more trust worthy company than Taurus who has garnered a reputation of making shitty unreliable guns on a consistent basis. Most of the reviews on the G2 are pretty lousy reviews or even paid reviews with authors exclaiming how it's reliable when they only actually shot 200 rounds through it pretending that's some sort of benchmark for reliability.
Grabagun has Shields for $322 shipped which is a retardedly good deal on one. The idea of having a truck gun isn't too good. A gun should be on your person at all times if you plan on having it around for personal protection, I would also recommend getting a conceal carry permit along with a quality holster and gunbelt.

Thanks I was looking at Shields, I can rent them at the range so Ill see if I like the 9 or 40 more.

>Ill see if I like the 9 or 40 more.
Trust me on this, the 9mm is much more shootable. Subcompact .40's are absolutely and I mean absolutely fucking miserable to shoot. 9mm is also much cheaper and it holds an extra round.
>>33366080
Yeah Ill definitely try the 9 first thanks man.
>>33366116
Definately stick with the 9mm. There's no perceptible added increase in performance when shooting a .40 and all you'll get is more felt recoil, more muzzle flip, less rounds in a magazine all for a higher cost.
You're going to be a first time gun owner and a lot of people get suckered into buying .40 subcompacts then get frustrated when they try to learn how to shoot on such an awful gun. It happens all the time.
I would also suggest going for a high quality holster maker like JM Custom Kydex, Darkstar Gear or Keeper's Concealment. If you go for the cheaper less quality holsters, it will actually be more expensive in the long run when you realize that they're not as comfortable or up to par with the better companies.
Just understand that learning how to shoot on a small gun like a Shield isn't optimal but can be done.

you should just get a 33 and buy a 9mm barrel if you can afford to shoot 357sig.
>similar ballistics at 3"
9mm-1000fps
357sig-1300
