They seem like cool spots but for the most part are totally covered in trash. Can be crowded, and they also get shutdown one by one by the encroaching liberal county gvt.

There're some more secluded innawoods ones I've found but its difficult getting more than 100 yards because of the foliage. If you've got a 4x4 and time you can explore the logging roads to find some ok stuff.

I used to live up high in CO where you could just shoot in alpine tundra 10 minutes from my house, so having to go at least 35, sometimes an hour or more to a spot has been rough.

The spot by in Olympia, has a 100k acre forest ( Capitol forest) like 15 mins away. That's where I always go shooting. Take one of the old logging roads and go deep in, you won't see a soul.

A lot of local WA Bros still post some secluded as fuck places, that is only accessible by foot. Not sure if you want to hike a few miles in to go shooting.

I myself am just gonna stick with driving two hours to go to Capitol forest down in Oly. Easy as fuck to find a spot to camp (Friend and I lived in that forest for seven months, only ppl we ever seen was each other, friends we brought with us, or ppl we passed on the road up there.)

Only thing you got to worry about is horse and quad riders at the start of the forest. All the fags stay on the outskirts of it, tend to get in the way.

It's nice man. There is so many unused logging roads running through it. There is a shit ton of quad and dirt bike trails too. I just tell ppl that when they try to venture into those spots, that they Def need to take extra gear incase of getting stuck. Friend of mine got his ture stuck in the mud. He was stuck there for three days before some one came by. That was on a more used logging road.
