First get a new gas block. that rail looks liked ass hanging off like that and won't be secure for any kind of attachment. actually throw both the rail and gas block into the trash, and either get a rail system and gas block that interface with the delta ring or better yet throw that out too and get a nice free float rail with its own barrel nut.

Cause I literally have no idea what I'm doing. I've had one gun my whole life, a pistol. And my brother passed recently and now I have all his stuff and no idea what to do with it. I remember he was all excited about getting that m203 thing and thought it would be cool to attach it to his rifle. No reason other than that.
