always the dumb cunt feminists who think legal gun owners are responsible for the military-industrial complex
>>
>>33300910
Some good opinions there. Shame they're still voting for more regulation due to peer pressure
>>
RIP high cap mags
let's fire up the 3d printer
>>
How will this affect the Czech Republic?

Have their laws changed for the worse?
>>
>>33301070
Unless they leave EU they'll be forced to accept these directives.
>>
>muh gun lobbies
>muh weapon industry

the libtards are like broken clocks.
>>
>>33301085
>muh school shootings
>muh "we have to be different from the US"
>muh "more guns more crime"

sure, let's keep arguing on statistical minutia, emotional antiameticanism and just plain lies. Will anybody in a position of power ever call this out, for fuck's sake? The statistics are there to support our cause, the facts are there. These people truly live in an alternate reality. Beyond saving, the lot of them.
>>
>>33301080
Hmmm, they haven't yet, and I hope they don't implement them and do leave the EU.
>>
Unless EU is destroyed, the slope will get more slippery every years.
>>
the link displays another debate now. How did the debate go? Can somebody give a quick rundown of the whole thing?

When are they voting on this?
>>
>>33301146
later today

lots of good anti-gun ban arguments: it reduces freedom, legal gun owners have nothing to do with terrorism, already very regulated market

liberal arguments: "it's da gun lobbies and weapon industry who don't want regulation"
"people shouldn't have guns, it's dangerous, we have the police (no seriously, one dude said that)

commissionner said "thanks for your input, we'll vote for this later."
>>
>>33301174
thanks, m8, I could only catch an early glimpse of the whole thing. Not knowing the exact time they will vote on it will wreck me though, I'm gonna spend the wole day glued to the screen waiting for a result.
>>
>people shouldn't have guns, it's dangerous, we have the police

And the next week this same fuck will bitch about the oppressive racist police.

God I hate leftists so much.

>Also calling for more regulation in the EU
What the hell, I already have to do a shit ton of paperwork, pass exams and wait months to get guns as a belgian
>>
All in all, it will ultimately depend on each country's own regulations because they can enforce these directives with even more stuff or not.

For instance high capacity magazines directives are sketchy: you can keep them if you practice for competitions/run competitions/own them before the new laws. No one knows the details really.
>>
>>33301080
Not unless they apply a protective amendment/section of firearm ownership to their constitution. Let's not forget that there are also current EU nations that allows the collection of fully automatic firearms despite them being Category A firearms (And thus prohibited from Civillian Ownership)
>>
Did they fucking forget the amount of illegal guns that made it into Germany, which Turks tried to carry over to the Netherlands yesterday? lol

How about zones in France that police are scared to go into which they have AKs, RPGs, etc?

The police goes everywhere it pleases it in France. There are no no-go zones. There are areas that are left alone for reasons of politics and as long as things are calm. When things heat up, the cops move in in force. Gangs have some AKs and some bullets, there might even be one or the other Serbian M72-copy in Marseilles and Paris, but that's about it. French banlieue gangs are by far less armed than the average LA gangs.
>>
>>33301070
As I understand the based Czech got an exception for reservists. Which is good. But even better, they declared that every firearm owner is now a reservist. Problem solved. Czech Republic confirmed for most based EU/Schengen country.

Nothing will really get banned. Rifles will become cat. A7 guns as soon as a magazine of over 10 rounds capacity is introduced. Rifles will become cat. A7 if they are shorter than 60cm with stock folded. Handguns become cat. A7 if they have a magazine of over 20 rounds capacity. Governments must ensure that people who purchase guns are mentally fit. Online shops that sell magazines and weapon accessories will be fucked. "High-capacity" magazines will become more or less illegal unless you're a member of a shooting association who participates regularly in shooting competitions and who needs high-cap mags, or you're a reservist in a country that had universal conscriptions in the last 30 years or so. If you want purchase a gun, your data will be sent to all EU countries for checking.
>>

ok, wait a fucking second...

we have already strict gunlaws in germany, and our politicians don't want any stricter laws (besides the left and the greens of cause)
So there was just yesterday a try to get stricter laws by the greens which was defeatet.

And now you are telling me that these laws will aply to us?
Or is this just a gerneral suggestion what you may or may not make a law in your land?
>>
>>33301783
Want to get real angry? Did you know that a scar 17s, wich is manufactured in Belgium, 100km from where I live, costs 5000€ and is never in stock anywhere?
>>
The part I'm the most pissed off about is that the EU is so fucking cryptic on the results of their shit. One has to jump through hoops in order to find out something about this or that vote and it's frankly a load of bullshit considering that most civilized countries give vote results in real time.
>>
>>33301798
That's the fault of the FN's shitty policies mainly, not the politics.

t. fellow belgian who's angry
>>
>>33301797
The laws the EU are proposing are already kind of in place in the western countries of the EU (Germany, Belgium, Netherlands etc..) they are however not in Eastrrn European countries. But it is a slippery slope and at this rate, in 5 years and a few terrorist attacks more, semi automatic firearms and 20-30 round mags will probably all be banned.
>>
>>33301798

>is never in stock anywhere

This is sort of the case everywhere, even in the US.
>>
>>33301817

>>
>>33301853
Yeah but it's like an 8 year procedure from beginning to end. I looked into it when I was in college for my Chinese roommate but then he sketched me out (like he was trying to game my money).

You need to be married for like 3 years before you divorce. You can't just start the citizenship process and jump ship.

Seriously look into it though.
>>

Well..we all will use the 30rd mags like we already do. sure, if the range insists in only loading 10 rds...well i will load only ten, but it should be no question where i load these 10rds into.
>>
>>33301881
Remember they have maximum 4 months to answer you, after that you can appeal
If anything goes wrong don't hesitate to contact Mr. Daniel Beets, president of DAAA-AWL, a belgian pro-gun association, they can and will gladly help you with legal procedures, etc, if needed
>>
>>33301912

>>
Even though we already tougher gun laws it makes me glad we are leaving the EU, you're literally governed by a bunch of SJW and Jews in Brussels (Belgium isn't even a real country btw).

I know none of will do your own brexit because you all love the EU too much and gain too much out of it to leave, especially eastern european countries (czech included).

You kinda asked this upon yourselves, again I'm not flaunting about the gun restrictions as the UK and Ireland has harsher gun restrictions then the general EU restrictions.

But in general, I reckon in say 100 years or so the main bulk of Europe and the EU will form one country, like one giant country of mini states just like the USA. All obeying the same laws and customs.

according to this
http://www.europarl.europa.eu/news/en/news-room/20170308IPR65677/parliament-approves-revised-eu-gun-law-to-close-security-loopholes

the directive needs to be approved by the council of ministers. Anybody here would be able to explain how this is supposed to work? Do we have to wait for another few weeks for a vote or is it just a matter of signing the law into effect?
>>
>>33301962
All feminists, homos, greens, socialists and metrosexuals greeted the news. The law will be implemented no questions asked unless a referendum is taken, which the SSV and ProTell vowed to do. The referendum will most likely be put to vote (you need like 50k signatures to make a referendum and there were like 100k shooters at the last Eidg. SchĂ¼tzenfest alone). The big question is will the referendum be accepted by the population as it will jeopardize Switzerland's place in the Schengen treaty. We don't care about it, but the economy, the tourist industry, most politicians, and a big part of the population consider the Schengen treaty as vital.

The directive has passed with the latest amendments. Now it will be sent to the council of ministers, who are all fucking socialist cucks and they will accept it. What makes me rage the most was that this fucking amendment got accepted by a near-empty parliament. 80% of all seats were fucking empty and it seems that only the Brit pedophile and lesbian group was there, together with some other fucking latino leftist. Why do European country pay for their MEPs if those assholes don't even bother showing up for voting!!!

>I reckon in say 100 years or so the main bulk of Europe and the EU will form one country
Not really. The German system is depending on old people, a few years away from retirement, without anyone to replace them (not couting in our muslim rocket scientists and doctors).
Now guess what happens, when they finally retire around 63 years of age and for every 4 of them, you get 1 German pressed out of the worsening education system and 1 refugee.
The single counter argument I have ever encountered, when talking to people about this situation, is: "Dont be so negative, it will work out somehow"

Germany's socialist government's nightmare: a nuclear family with two white children, a happy looking housewife, and a husband who hunts in his spare time. What they would prefer are probably two guys, one white, one middle-eastern, with two kids, one black and transgender, the other identifying as a fox.
>>
>>33302258
Don't forget there is also a dog, HARAM
>>
The French government created that law and pushed it all the way through, openly threatening MEPs in order to vote in favoir it.
France is going to get hit the most by this law, even if it didn't pass, there would be new gun control laws here. And those laws ultimately give the choice to each member state to keep allowing currently owned guns to sport shooters if they want to. But we know it's not happening in France, we can kiss goodbye to any category B semi-auto rifle save maybe for stuff like the Garand, SKS, Mini-14 and Benelli MR1. Farewell milsurp converted to semi-auto : Vz58, AK, FAL, etc. Farewell weapons that look like automatic weapons of war : AR15...
Farewell magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds, farewell internet sales.
Fuck this country, fuck this government, fuck every single politician in Europe, fuck socialism, fuck whoever votes for the left or even hold any left wing opinion. Fuck it all to hell. I wish only the worst diseases and the most painful suffering on those people and their families.

>>
>tfw us germans force our gun laws on the rest of europe while only menial things are changed for us
>>
>>33300910
Well, i live in Romania, you can't have stricter gun laws than this. To own a gun you must join a hunting club, pass psych exams, have NO criminal record. For example, if i were to be involved in a car accident and it wasn't my fault, i would still get this on my record and not allowed to own a gun EVER. And as a member of a hunting club, you can only own long rifles, and double barrel shotguns. To own a handgun you must be a POLITICIAN or military/ex-military/police/ex-police/judge. So basically if you are not in the system, you are cattle. NEVER GIVE UP YOUR GUNS! or you will never get them back.
>>
In germany, the laws were just changed a week ago. The cuckshed parties, Greens and SPD, wanted to ban all handguns and "dangerous" looking long-guns. One of the greens even called a bolt-action repeater a "semi-automatic". They were BTFO instantly and told those changes would be completly useless. They did howewer change standards for gun-safes.

Fucking THIS THIS THIS

No-go for cops doesn't mean they just literally don't go there. It means they can't go there without fear of assault or injury if they aren't heavily fucking armed. Remember like six months back or whatever, they were after one of the terror suspects? I believe it was for the Brussels airport bombing. They ended up storming the building with SWAT, taking wounded, killing most of the suspects and a chunk of the fucking building blowing out. If that isn't 100% how it went it's damn close.

That isn't normal policing. That's not normal or okay. You're saying it isn't a no-go zone because occasionally they do basically Paramilitary operations. That's dumb as fuck, anon.

As to the Detroit bit, it's the same shit. They still go with a SWAT team. Doesn't mean the area isn't trash.

And finally, this.
>>33304694
>also if it's a no-go zone for a normal civillian, it's just a no-go zone, the authorities don't do their job

They work for the safety of the citizens. Not for political points. Not for eventually getting there. If there's whole zones you can't go to because of this bullshit, then the defensive needs of the citizens are not met.

>Unless they leave EU they'll be forced to accept these directives.

Yes and no.
Member states have to implement their flavor of it, can grandfather things in and have the power to get around it through being sneaky as fuck.
CZ already suggested making gun ownership "essential to the protection & defense of the country", which by being so would legally allow them to go around the current EU proposal. This is because member states maintain full sovereignty when it comes to matters of defense.
>>
>>33305585
Exactly what was planned from the beginning

>Semi-auto rifles that were converted from automatic are in category A6
>same thing for rifles with a folding or collapsible stock and a total length of less than 60 cm
>semi-auto rifles that look like automatic weapons of war are in category A7
>there is a magazine limit of 10 rounds for rifles and 20 rounds for handguns
>if you put a magazine of more than that in a gun, then it becomes A6
>internet sales are banned
>each member state can decide if they want to allow reservists or sport shooters who actively participate in competitions if they can own A6 and A7 weapons or not
>increased medical checks
>>
>>33305482
They're not banned now but they will be when individual nations decide to apply the directives. Unless you get a special authorization from the State to shoot in sport competitions, no more high cap mags.

Alright quick rundown on eurocuck laws then :

Category A : military weapons banned for civilians
Category B : handguns, and scary semi-auto rifles
Category C : Hunting shit
Category D : shotguns with one round per barrel and antique weapons/black powder repros

Basically most weapons that used to be in category B will find themselves in category A, which is normally banned, but to pretend they are not actually banned things, they plannet exceptions for some people to have the authorizations to own guns in category A, but only if the state allows it. Cuck countries like France, Germany, Italy, Spain, etc, most likely won't allow such a thing. Meaning that most semi-auto rifles are effectivelly banned in the EU.
>>
>>33305679
In France we have A1 (very high cap semi-auto rifles), A2 (full auto rifles and explosives), B1 (handguns), B2 (semi-auto rifles with non restricted caliber), B4 (semi-auto rifles with restricted caliber), C1A (2+1 semi-auto rifles), C1B (bolt-action and pump-action rifles/shotguns), D1 (smooth shotguns with one shot per barrel), D2 (everything else)

:^)

He's full of shit though. It's 3750-4200 euros depending on how long you're willing to wait.

And the problem is that they're usually imported from the USA.

FN-H is state owned (or rather by the Walloon government, not the federal government), and to prevent making waves with the politicians they do not directly sell their "evil looking" stuff to civilians. Since their further existence depends on it, they are wise not to fuck with the politicians.

"6. Automatic firearms which have been converted into semi-automatic firearms, without prejudice to Article 7(4a).
7. Any of the following centre-fire semi-automatic firearms:
(a) short firearms which allow the firing of more than 21 rounds without reloading, if:

(ii) a detachable loading device with a capacity exceeding 20 rounds is inserted into it;

Directive may not affect (the majority of) us Finns - "high capacity" magazines will be legal under the new directive for sport/reservist shooting, and most semi-automatic rifle permits are under that clause already.

Shame about those few people who bought theirs for hunting, because after the new directive takes effect they won't be able to practice with 30-rounders.
