Most weapons choices are actually good.

The only thing I'd modify is having the mp7 in greater use, especially in places where the likelihood of using a weapon is low.

The army could also try to petition NATO to change the official pistol cartridge from 9mm to 4.6mm so thy could field pistols in that caliber.
