What does /k/ think of the Kel Tech P-3AT? I saw one at my local pawnshop for 199, and I'm considering buying it. Seems to be in good condition, and if it does break, I can return it so that isn't the problem. I'm wondering more on the quality and your experience with it

Gonna be uncomfortable to shoot with that big red diamond on the trigger
it's a P32 with 380 instead so it kicks more.
do you need a pocket blaster? it foots the bill

Not really sure. I've always had a soft spot for small pistols and mouse guns so I just thought it would be neat. Probably going to have it in my dresser as a back up or something. How bad would you say the kick is?

I wouldn't recommend a tiny gun for anything outside of concealed carry. If it's a night stand gun why not get something full sized and comfortable to shoot?

haven't shot it specifically. i've fired the P32 which a toddler could handle, and other light 380s which are pretty negligible. unless you have muscle or wrist problems i can't foresee it being bad. this isn't a 357 mag here.

I do have a full size. Just think it would be nice to have a spare in case something went wrong

>Kel Tech
No.

don't waste your money on any used keltecs
check their website those things have a service life of about 6000 rounds
so if previous owner actually shot the thing it may be about to wear out break etc
spend another $50 for new 1 get warranty etc
or better
GET A RUGER LCP 2

A little over a decade ago I picked up one as my first concealed carry gun. I sold it off a few months later. Couldn't stand it.

Had one as college carry (I carry one +another mag just in case). Got it for 120 bucks.
199 sounds like a rip-off, especially for used ones.

So you think it's possible to find it cheaper somewhere else?
