i don't watch movies, or tv.

1. equilibrium-style gun tricks are not feasible
2. gunshots are cgi in this movie. it's bad practice for gun-focused movies.
3. unless you're really skilled with your gun, it's bad idea. Some people get really good with their gun however, so they can hit targets from any arm/wrist angles, so within movie it probably makes sense: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8gWaBimM0Us

No, its literally just for looks. His shooting is practical, as its literally just 3-gun, but willingly opting for hand to hand is asking to get your ass kicked especially if you have a lighter thinner frame like Reeves does.

Over-the-top for the sake of making an exciting movie. The judo was breddy gud on it's own, though.

The gun porn in these movies is excellent. Personally, I am not a fan of the Salient/Taran riced out glocks, but it was nice to see real guns.

I didn't realize it was a press check until someone pointed it out after the movie.

The only thing that kind of irked me was the silenced pistol walking battle in the subway area. At the same time, it was hilarious and helped give the audience a breather during the very long fightscene.

Why does he chamber check so much? Would you actually do this in a real situation? It seems kind of OCD to me
