I personally don't like leather, it gets nasty after a while and it's too bulky.
I'm fine with a low profile good quality kydex holster like Vedder Holsters' LightTuck.
I can use it at whatever position I like, I mostly use 4o'clock but sometimes (very rarely) I go AIWB with it.
It also depends on body type, I'm 5'8 about 185 lbs, very muscular, big butt, broad shoulders, slim waist, my butt actually pushes the muzzle of the gun away from my body in turn pushing the grip against my body, making it really easy for me to conceal my Glock 19.
But, to each his/her own.

No. Concealing a plastic and metal brick will not be easy.

Back when I was 5'8", 34" waist, 180 lb with very little fat I had a G27. It carried like having a large, noticable, malignant tumor on my hip just waiting to metastatize some hot lead into my leg.
