M-muh biggest one is basically a fantasy world where elves are the main race with all the large cities, resources, etc. and humans are divided into two groups, ferals (semi-human's who usually wield shitty sabre's and knives) and The Old Men (clan based humans who are much closer to regular humans, with much better equipment and occasionally "rippers") who live in the woods in small numbers. The /k/ fantasy part comes from the fact that Old Men, particular the larger clans like McDugglands and Dragovski's (psuedo-Irish and Slavic names born after hundreds of years of generations lost their real heritage and names) wield "rippers," or firearms, sometimes salvaged and sometimes produced locally, the most popular being AK's for the McDugglands and M1A1's for the Dragovskis.

He used a chemical substance (the rust of man) to merge biological matter and begin linking humans into these masses of brains, flesh, and organs, and eventually refined the process to create the "perfects" (beings that looked like giant hybrid of a human fetus and salamander) to act as basically radio beckons between his own severely altered body that mixed a hundred "slave brains" to his own and connect it to a massive broadcasting station, the perfects and all the early experiments, under command of Graham, began to forcibly evolve humanity by spreading the rust and using sirens linked to the broadcasting station to subliminal start to turn any humans to Grahams side. A massive war between all of humanity and the sin broke out, but even a lowly sin could have dozens of brains and hundreds of organs, and thus proved extremely hard to kill. When all hope was lost and very few humans remained the nukes were launched, destroying a massive chunk of the world, and by luck damaging the broadcasting station, turning the sin into a dormant entity waiting for more broadcasts in the old surviving cities.

There were enough surviving true humans living in the more rural parts of the world who began to band together and form clans, avoiding the cities as much as possible because if caution wasn't taken a dormant perfect could be re-awakened, meaning every sin in the city would also become conscious again. They formed clans, farms, etc. and lived relatively normal lives until the ferals began to show up. Handfuls of other races, such as Satyrs (military experiments before the sin, large and very powerful humanoids) live in rather small numbers around the world.

Basically, imagine a world where forest dwelling humans walk around with sabre's on their hips and AK's/Thompsons on their backs, occasionally getting into sword fights or firefights with teeth barring, animalistic humans with hammer marked to shit sabre's or shit that looks kinda like an M3 grease gun in one hand and a crude poleaxe in the other, while a bunch of pointy eared fags try to make sense of it and rediscover ancient human technology and materials (like plastics).

If they're driving a car they probably won't have head protection. Also, car windows are built for maximum visibility, so they're open to more angles.
