Going cheap the sr9c is very slim. My girlfriend 5 7 or 5 8 with tiny hands likes the way it feels in her hands

I was going to suggest a 1911, but since you want more capacity I suggest a Hipower.

Both work well for smaller hands. My wife uses both quite well and her hands are the smallest I've ever seen on an adult.

Also I don't own a glawk. 1911s, CZs, and Kahrs.

I only have anecdotal evidence for it but I like my G19 gen 4. It comes with customizable grip parts so you can adjust for your manlet hands. Cost me about $675.

My "first" CC pistol was a Sig P250 Compact. I'm pretty slim but that gun was alright for CC. I carry a Glock 43 now. It's super compact but you have to get past the glock meme and the fact that you only have 6+1, but it's the most comfortable pistol I've carried unless you wanna get really expensive and go HK USP.

I'm 5'6'' and I carry a full size 1911. Just get a gun you enjoy shooting. "Manlet hands" isn't a thing.
