I'm strongly thinking of making a CZ-75 my first gun...

I'm trying to decide between the classic B, the SP-01, SP-01 Phantom or the SP-01 Tactical.

I like the B's look the best, but the SP-01 Phantom seems to be the best priced, but the large accessory rail is slightly offputting to me. Any advice or thoughts that'd help me make up my mind?

I have a B and an SP-01 Shadow. Of the choices you'd listed, I'd go with the SP-01. For me, the biggest advantage of the CZ-75's is the high grip, heavy frame, and low bore axis that make muzzle flip almost nil and follow up shots really, really fast. That said, the extra weight up front on the SP-01 adds more to that end. If you don't want the extra weight out front and you don't intend to attach a light you may feel differently. I also prefer traditional safety to decocker, so that cuts out the SP-01 Tactical for me.

I should say, I got my guns mostly for USPSA Production shooting, so them being particularly chunky is more of an asset than a liability in my eyes. I don't know what your intended purpose is, so your priorities as far as features and such may lie elsewhere.

Not really an argument man.
The feed lips are the most easily damaged part of a mag, and they are not gonna a be damaged when inside the gun.

Furthermore, my CC gun is shot every weekend, any issues would be easily discovered.

I've also shot 5,123rds through my CC 17rd mag without issue.
