Anon, you can literally Google military manuals. Hell, I picked up the sniping/countersniping and MCMAP manuals in PDF format in less than a minute. You can probably find bits and pieces of relevant information for sabotage in the recon and engineering manuals. Recon has a good number of manuals too, if I recall.

Two basic ones that also cover some basic food getting, aide rendering, and caching stuff on top of that the sneeze prevention technique does work.

Wehrwolf manual works great for food, ambush, and hidecrafting.

FM 31-20 SPECIAL FORCES MANUAL, the 1965 version tells cool stuff about caching unit documents in film, antenna theory, radio theory, using barbed wire or metal fences as long distance radio telephones, etc. Lots of recon and liaison info in there.

Understanding the Form, Function, and Logic of Clandestine Cellular Networks. This gives you the red team perspective of hunting and running cellular networks. Not phone cellular either.

CIA has done us a great favor, CIA sabotage from desert pub, CIA Book of Dirty Secrets from Recoil / Eutronix. The Guatemala papers especially on the art of assassination. The other is the Contra Sabotage manual.

Makes no difference, we found the book every once in a while searching jihadi houses in Iraq. They used a lot of stuff from the book and modernized it just a little. The basic theories in it are still quite useful if you want to strike fear in the hearts of a big army
