CZ are guns that I like and I've developed something of a fetish for them.
Are there any Czech made watches that are decent and for sale in the United States?
>>33055227
Found a new watch I have to track down now. Thanks.
>>33055458
Well if you figure out how let me know please.
>>33055665
Not the guy you're talking too, but figure out what? How to track down the watch you posted? It's literally in the file name.
>>33055714
Yeah, I posted it. Where do you buy one?
>Czechnology is best nology
Im pissed because i cant find where to buy the watch.
>>33056045
because they are made to order
that watch is likely ~50k+ and only a handful were made
>>33055949
Read the website, fucko. They're custom ordered.
>>33056045
It bothers me there are no protrusions from the case to protect the crown.
Does this brand get any recognition in the US like Omega does?
I like Longines but I'm not going to pay that much for a watch that gets not brand recognition.
>>33056231
Longines isn't a luxury brand though, it's pretty middle of the pack as far as watches go.
>>33056286
I guess that depends what pack you mean. They start around $750 and watches like this go for close to a $1,000. That's obviously a lot cheaper than the $8,000 you'll pay for a Submariner but still.
I like the brand and the age of the brand but I have a feeling nobody in America knows what a Longines is.
>>33056314
Well at a glance, there's not much to distinguish that one from a Seiko, so if prestige is a factor, I'd go for something a little dressier.
why cant i have a rich uncle that gives me a rolex
>>33056314
Then just get a Rolex like every other fag who cares more about showing off how much money he wasted than on actually buying a quality watch.
If you want to impress actual watch nerds, get what you like and the ones who care will know what you're wearing when they see it.
If you don't have the budget but still want some watch cred, Hamilton is a good choice too.
>>33056447
the correction didnt help
>>33056458
Hamilton sounds gay.
>>33056498
they made the Men In Black watch
>>33056619
>Men In Black watch
Looks pretty gay to me...
>>33056314
liking longines for its heritage is retarded considering they're swatch group now
>>33056314
>Longines
Too expensive to be practical, too cheap to be nice.
>>33056231
>brand recognition
It seems that you're focused on the wrong things.
>>33058758
It's important anon.
>>33056314
Longines is shit, buy a Ball.

Buy your own nerd.
>>33056420
Rolex makes some of the best quality watches in the price point. If you think otherwise you don't know horology.
>>33058764
This. If you ever decide you want to trade up, or out of a watch, you want to be able to get at LEAST your money out, if you buy quality like Rolex, you can make a profit.
>>33056178
I'm not saying they aren't 50k but the movement does not look to be nearly as polished as Swiss watches in that price range.
Machining marks, unevenness etc. Love the magnified hour hand though.
>>33059484
That watch looks sweet but what happens when the tritium gets dim?
>>33059907
Tritium lasts a long ass time anon, I have a USP from 2000 whos tritium still looks good at night.
>be me
>3am
>trailer park resident across the street discharges firearm into his roof
>grab usp
Even 17 year old tritium looks really good at night.
>>33059953
It's less than half as bright as when you got it.
>>33059953
>Living across the street from a trailer park
You've made some poor choices in life anon.
>>33059970
Its really fucking dim compared to my sigs, point is they still work
>>33059995
I'm doin alright anon, but thanks for your concern. I've made $70k on this house so far, so the trailor park isn't really a problem.
>>33060078
Appreciating as I do, that you have a Rolex, you got some old man taste in watches. Your hair the same color as that dial?
