Just picked up my first SKS. Paid $400 for it at a local gun show. It appears to be an early Yugoslavian M59, before they added the grenade launcher.
Two questions for you /k/:
Did I get a decent deal on it?
I ran 20 rounds of PMC Bronze through it. It'll be around 48 hours after shooting before I have it cleaned. What's the best way to clean it? Run some water/Windex down the barrel/gas tube/everywhere else, then lube it up?

OP you made a good purchase, 400 is the going rate these days sadly.
PMC bronze isn't corrosive though, dummy, I'd only worry about that shit if you were using milsurp
Buy 1000 rounds of golden tiger and you're g2g, PMC is spendy
