Sign the White House petition to repeal the Hughes Amendment. We only have a week left.
https://petitions.whitehouse.gov/petition/repeal-1986-hughes-amendment
I signed this one already. I don't know why everyone is fucking signing the NFA one but no one is signing this one.
>>32956232
>implying signing an internet petition will do anything anyway
>>32956243
>implying it's better to not even try.
Defeatists pls go.
>>32956232
Doesn't the Hughes Amendment fall under the NFA? So if the NFA is changed wouldn't that change the Hughes Amendment?
>>32956251
>logical reasoning != defeatist
All you're gonna get is an apology letter.
>>32957539
The Hughes' Amendment is reliant on the NFA. Without the NFA it means nothing.
>>32957559
Then you've at least cost this bullshit government the price of a stamp.
>>32957578
>this bullshit government
You have to be 18+ to post here, kid.
>>32957592
Are you treading on me bro?
>>32956251
He's right though, unless your petition is for replacing George Washington with a gay woman of color on the dollar bill all you get when completing a petition is a message that says "it's not in our power to change x thing, thanks for wasting your time and fuck you". You are better off writing senators and representatives
>>32957566
Wrong. The hughes amendment bans possession of machineguns unless you are the government or the gun in question was legally owned by someone before 1986.
Even if you get rid of the NFA you still cant get post '86 MGs.
>>32956166
Already signed both
>>32958384
You got anything to support that claim?
>>32958384
The Hughes amendment closed the registry of new MGs to the public NFA list, it had nothing to do with banning civilian ownership. so If you get rid of the registry you dont have to register .

Not your personal army.
