First time ar builder. I'm trying to install the trigger, but it won't go all the way down to install the pin. Idk if im doing it wrong or if i milled it out wrong.

you probably need to take off more side material, your trigger hole looks okay, but if it's off there's no mechanical reason not to make it a little wider.

are you sure you got the depth right? thats another reason it wouldnt line up.

flip the trigger over and see if you can get it to line up with the pin hole

and you can see it binding in the hole from the other side? go ahead and open it up then, it won't hurt anything.
