I just bought this dagger; supposedly a German Fireman's Dagger from WW2 but noticed there are no marks determining where it was made or anything like others I see online. Is this a reproduction?
Other side
It could be. The scabbard is original though, I'm pretty sure about that.

Blade is in very good condition. like too good

from the pictures online it seems the blades usually look like that. also I don't think a fireman would use it too much so maybe it didn't get too much wear?

chances are if you have to ask /k/, it's fake

I can't see a makers mark on the blade. I'd say it's a fake. But if it would be an original it would be a Feuerschutzpolizei Seitengewehr

The grip should also be nickelplated btw
It looks legit to me. These aren't really worth the effort to copy, and especially not when they look like this. A combat knife would have been different.

i have one thats marked solingen thats real

If it's marked it's quite likely to be real, if it's not marked it's faked. There are websites where you can look up the Solingen makers marks and check if yours is a genuine one
