Are Lancer mags worth switching from pmags? I have one and never had problems with it, but I haven't used it long term. Anybody have experience with this. They are $12.99 each at Midway right now.
Not necessarily worth switching, more like supplementing. They are really good mags.

new production aluminum with magpul springs, followers and ranger plates master race reporting in, enjoy your bent feed lips

Lol, USGI mags can be bent at the feed lips the easiest.

>even mentioning bent feed lips
Nigger what are you doing?

Pmags are bad. Lancers are not. Yes, it is worth switching from pmags.

But are they just memes? Or legitimately better?
Literally wanted a see through mag a couple days ago. Went to midway and looked at lancer smoke translucent. 17.99 at that point so held off. This thread made me fly to check this out and sure enough 12.99. got one on the way now lol nothing beats an impulse buy because of a sale hehe

I have like 50 Pmags and have used them all
You're a meme

I really want translucent glock mags for the AR9 I'm building, but they're always so expensive
They were cheap the other day, but I couldnt' justify it when I already have 11 33 rounders
>>32887494
Fuuuccck I already have seven of the black ones and now I'm tempted to buy six of these
And I still need to buy some L7AWN mags for my ar15 fat sister

They're the real deal. Pmags don't fit in one of my guns so I phased them out but you can tell a quality difference in the materials and casting of the lancer. The metal feed lips are also nice and very tough. I fumbled a loaded mag that proceeded to land feed lips down and you could barely notice where the paint was scraped. I'm not saying sell your Pmags but after you get a couple lancers, you may decide to. They're just stellar quality magazines and the smokes are aesthetic as fuck.

Polymer bodied mag with metal feed lips. They're tough mags and they come in cool ass translucent versions.
I have both pmags(older gen) and some lancers. I like them both but trust my life to my AK instead of my AR.

Shitty aluminum usgi feed lips will bend before the steel feed lips on lancer mags noguns.
>>32889794
Yeah, I've never had any issues with either but my AK makes me feel safe in a different way.
