I shot a .357 mag with 110 grain jacketed hollow points, and it didn't kick too bad. What rounds should I shoot out of a .44 mag to get the same effect?

.44 special

look thats a lightweight bullet it WILL kick less than a 125, dependes on the speed tough, if its a hot 110gr load and a mid 125 gr load come other factor in mind, like muzzle blast, noise, and psychological effect of those, of a faster proyectile and which will kick more, depends.
In .357 buffalo bore loads 180gr them up to soaring at 1400 Fps!! now thats a hunting load

When I said the same effect I meant the same recoil

like said, if you dont state the speed of the round we cant tell.. but all things beeing equal 44 special, maybe the lightest gr bullet you can find for 44 mag, and a light load...

Your probably wont be able to find one, unless you get a cowboy load. 44 mag bullets are in general heavier then 357 will be. So a similar weight gun in 44 mag will pretty much always have more recoil. Its physics, you can't beat it.
You can try 180 grain .44's but your best bet is heavy .44 specials. Keith loads.

Well even if it has more recoil, are there any loads that are relatively low recoil?

Reload. .44mag and .357 are good rounds to learn on. You can load .44 with lead at 45LC speed for super cheap. If you don't count labor cost, a basic RCBS setup will pay for itself after 750rnds.

what is 44 spl.
Why so many retarded question OP? I think you have no idea what you want and specially why you want it... You want a SD load for a 44 in a light configuration but that does not produce much recoil? What for? What the fuck you want?
go to buffalo bore, underwood which have exotic ammo weights and fuck off FFS

I just want to try a .44 mag without it flying out of my hands.
