Adapt or learn to shoot right-handed, or even with your middle finger. Hell, I do that anyway in certain circumstances - rapid fire with a Lee-Enfield is usually done with the hand on the bolt handle and the middle finger pulling the trigger, for instance.

Even then, you've got enough finger left that most single-action triggers should be easy enough to use. Just don't get a Nagant or something.

For rifles (as a left-handed, right eye dominant person), I prefer to shoot long guns right handed. Just makes life a lot easier when it comes time to purchase guns and/or shoot other people's guns to not have to worry about where that spent casing is going to wind up.

I shoot pistol left handed though, because I find the extra dexterity in my left hand helps me aim better/draw faster.

Shoot right-handed or get one of those triggers that lets you pull with your middle finger. Either way will feel funky at first but you'll grow accustomed to it soon enough.

It's ok if you don't have a long pull length or fat grip. Usually my finger will extend past the first knuckle on triggers. You can also just use your middle finger with some practice. If not, get a tiny pirate hook and draw a sharpie eye patch and beard on your thumb. I work with someone that's missing the middle finger's top one too. My friend thinks he was a really bad shop teacher.
