would it be possible to convert one of these into a bizon somehow? what sort of changes would need to be made? i know for a start the bizon uses 9x18 and this uses 9x19, but how hard would the conversion be?
i know some trip around here is close to completing a bizon?

it seems like at a minimum you would need a new barrel, and that plastic handguard/magwell piece would need to come off on top of needing the bizon magazine.

The bison had multiple calibers, including 9X19 I believe. They also had 7.62X25.
