Aside from ammo, water, and food, what else should I stock up on? Also, if you could elaborate on how much I should stock up on the aforementioned, that would be great. Cheers.

Exercising. Not like 5% body fat and protein shakes but minimum people should be able to run 5km in 25 minutes and 5 pull ups.

Also /out/ has better info on supplies.
