I am right handed but left eye dominate. I shoot rifles and shotguns lefty, but handguns just don't feel right in my left hand. Can I shoot handguns right handed and just close my right eye and be as accurate as I would firing lefty with my right eye closed?

I can shoot handguns equally accurate up to 25 yards using either my left or right hand as long as I use my right eye, so I assume yes.
