get a rifle and a handgun
>>32821928

Nugget 91/30

>>32821994
wtf is your fucking commieblock taste? why don't you buy some FREEDOM infused firearms?
>>32821971
the DDV11 looks like such a nice gun
shame it costs $1.7k
>>32821994
>nugget 91/30
Maybe if the prices go back down, but certainly not now. The rifles are not worth the $300-400 I'm seeing them go for.
>>32822040
I paid 1300 cash. Keep looking. Nobody pays MSRP in this business.
>>32821928
AUG A3 is my current grail of a gun. Id def get that with the OEM scope. Then a Kriss vector and just buy ammo and extra mags with what you have left.
Thats just me tho.
>>32822040
and if you do want to buy a V11, buy the PRO. Trust me on this.
G19
Savage 10FCP-SR 6.5 Creedmoor 24" barrel with a Vortex PST 6-24 ebr2c mil scope
Mossberg 500
PSA AR-15, 16" midlength gas (anything other than PTAC) with a Primary Arms red dot (the good one).
That should be about $3400-3500 if you can shop. That will have the 4 basic gun types covered (handgun, long range, shotgun, carbine) so you can then do your interesting guns later if you want to.

ECONOMIC/10.
Pretty good suggestion. But maybe not get the 6.5 dollarmoor and get a 7.62 instead.

Unless 6.5CM is unavailable in your area, I wouldn't go with .308. Sure it's more widely available, and there is surplus, but that's not relevant to the purposes of a precision bolt action rifle.
>>32822099
FGGM is plenty accurate enough for me. And OP probably doesn't need to do mile long shots.
>>32822040
>DDM4V11
meh, looks like any other AR
>>32822124
do the words MIL SPEC mean anything to you? They ALL look the same. Inb4 Hera Stock.
>>32822099
>>32822088
If you're shooting the rifle, you're probably shooting >300 yards, and probably doing long range precision stuff. I did the whole "308" thing; it's not cheaper in any way than 6.5CM if you buy factory or reload. Recoil is also another motivator beyond better ballistics; it knocks you off target less and lets you spot your own shots better and do faster follow up shots. The 6.5 CM is quickly becoming the standard; even lapua is making brass for it, despite it being their competitor's cartridge.

6.5 creedmoor is cheaper to reload than .308
>>32822229
you think someone who doesn't have a gun is going to reload his first bolt gun? Nigga I'm >>32821971
and I don't reload shit.
FGGM is a buck a round for me. I have no incentive to reload.
>>32822225
8 ounces heavier which is a decent bit for a scope. I have heavy scopes but they are on heavy guns.

Get a 3-4 hundred dollar mossberg in 12 or 20 gauge and have some fun at the trap range. It's probably the most entertaining thing to do with firearms and it's a great way to introduce new people to the sport/hobby

Vortex is the gold standard at PRS Matches. Most of the top competitors are using their 4.5-27x HD scopes
