I have two recliners a couch and 2 beds, it's first come first serve for spots, I also have another smaller cabin with 3 bunk beds, this cabin is a bit rat infested, but if that doesn't bother you, you're free to bunk there, we can also put some people on the floor in the bunk cabin, not the main one tho
I'm mainly mentioning the fridge for anyone who needs medical stuff that needs to be stored but if we have room we'll store food as well. It's best to just bring a cooler tho

It's not hard to find land that can handle a small group of ~15 people who you know and can expect to act better than Ray.

The concern was raised about people flying in or driving 10+hrs one way, could they get there a day early, linger a little longer and that's as the the announcement.

In those times given NF is a 53hr event. Assume people sleep 6hrs each night and need an hour each to set up + tear down that's 14 spent on maintenance. So 39hrs - cooking and cleaning for shooting and shenanigans.

If you're spending $300+ on travel or 15+hrs on the road round trip (+other costs) you better make it worth your while on that investment for that comparatively short amount of time you'll be there.

Might be something to consider as NF grows is that the "3" day weekend may not be long enough if the locations are "remote" or otherwise distant.

It's my experience here in TX that if there is a gate, there is also some sort of fence (even if it's just a really shitty one) going all the way around the property. It would probably be piss easy to climb over the gate or fence, but you would have to wait to get your vehicles in.

There is a chance that the fence does not go all the way around, but it probably terminates some place in the woods, so again good luck getting your vehicles in.

I want to go and can be a carpool (20 foot car: lots of space), and will see if I can get friday off work.
My ability to drive there depends on if I can get the lower bushings on my left control arm replaced in time, because they're all but gone and I was able to move the shit out of it while replacing the front brakes today.
