Good advice, shit prices. Buy D&H at $7 not $8. Buy way no less than 500 rounds, not this 120 rounds shit. Steel case is 100% A-OKAY.

The lower has to get shipped separately, so buy an Anderson for $40 instead.

With a complete upper you don't need any tools to build this, either. You'll want a c-clamp to put in the trigger guard and bolt catch, but you don't really need either.
