what optic and mount is this? I've seen aimpoints mounted on carry handles but they usually have a pic rail mount but these seem mounted straight to the handle

Colt 3x20 and Colt 3x20. The mounting system is integrated to the optic.

If you want a vintage optic and not necessarily the colt scope, there are a few options you can do.

The aimpoint that came out in 1975 is far superior. I still run two today.

I have two Aimpoint Electronics currently installed on one AR-15 and one G3. A Mark III Aimpoint on a Beretta CX4 too.

Any carry handle that has the ability to mount an optic, which is pretty much any of them. Even the shitty Armscor .22 plinker clones have the mounting hole IIRC
