The bullet shape is fairly unique, kind of looks like a Japanese 20mm aircraft cannon, but that doesn't belong in the Black Sea

Wikipedia says a 2 eu coin is ~25 mm across. This could be a 25mm Hotchkiss round.

Looks kinda like the projectile on a 25x189 round in this picture. Also looks to have some sort of hole maybe used for time delay detonation.
