holy shit, this is fucking awesome
>>32775744
Biggest gripe was all the muzzle flash with the suppressor.
>>32775744
/k/oreans have always been pretty /k/
>>32775744
>Why are Koreans so /k/
I wish. Although operators are celebrated in Korean media as well, nobody actually wants gun ownership. Which is perplexing, since we have an angry commie neighbor and a need for conscription. The only /k/-tier gooks you'll find are in the US.

A short barreled rifle can produce a muzzle flash even with a suppressor.
>>32775893
Flip here, can confirm that as well.
>>32775744
My god though this is scene is fucking cool.
>>32775744
That was some of the least believable events I've seen in something trying to be that operator.
Why on earth could japman not get a round off before he popped out from cover? How on earth could spicman manage to miss literally every shot? How could koreafag get shot in the limbs and still be functional while spicman has to reload with his legs? ALSO WHERE DID KOREAFAG GO? IT'S AN EMPTY PARKING LOT.
>>32775949
>How could koreafag get shot in the limbs and still be functional while spicman has to reload with his legs?
because 7.62 tok stronk
>>32775931
A fellow flipfag?
>mfw you need to be aged 21 for gun ownership
>building your own gun is illegal
Life is pain.
>>32775744
all the korean movies are violent action films. love it.
>a bittersweet life
>the man from nowhere
fuck it now I'm gonna watch the raid 2
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DwEczlafDb4
If you guys haven't seen The Man from Nowhere yet, you gotta. Absolutely fantastic.
>>32775744
Because they view firearms the proper way - as a martial art.
We are there as a gun culture, but as a pop culture who fuckin knows if we'll ever get there.
Shit like John Wick helps.
>>32777005
I always love movies that have bloody, brutal, and awesome action scenes. But it's always a plus to see all that plus realistic weapons handling.
That's why John Wick is probably one of my favorite action movies not from Korea. Because almost every action movie they put out does it really damn well.
>>32775744
because their weaponry is sexy as fuck
>>32776883
lol that is stupid hot garbage, I made it 4 minutes through that cringe, thanks for wasting my time faggot

I dunno, when I was stationed there every Korean I met went green with envy when I showed them pics of my dakka collection.
>>32778372
Let me guess, you showed them guns with bluing didn't you?
>>32775744
>>32777069
que pasa? The fucks's with the two sights and the mag?
>>32778372
It's kind of strange. Koreans have a bunch of TV shows with operators, and sell a bunch of gun toys to kids. As a culture, we're quite fascinated with them. Yet the media and everybody who watches it got scared when one dude made some shitty pipe gun. There's a clear line between "oh cool, the military uses rad shit" and "that kind of scary thing doesn't belong in civilian hands." Which is also perplexing since all Korean males technically are trained and ready for war.
>>32778748
that took way too long for me to get
>>32779486
>>32778748
I'm afraid I do not follow the joke

>the raid 2
. . .
>>32779361
The big sight is an NV scope, cowitnessed to a red dot sight.
Its chambered in 9mm.
>>32775744
well it's not exactly a shocker, the new action movies are starting to include much more realistic gun usage. It's what's "in" at the moment, no country that has a big movie industry is really any exception.
The Guest, John wick, hardcore Henry, Hell or High Water, 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi, Goldstone and I'm sure they'res more. Just because korea are doing it too doesn't mean they are "so /k/"
>>32780150
This.
Literally every new action movie has trigger discipline now, there's a pretty neat article talking about how the internet has made movie viewers much more astute at picking apart weapon errors, through sites like IMFDB.

>>32777894
Can't believe I went to the link wanting to only watch up to the nuking, yet ended up watching the entire movie.
>that ending
Fuck me (no pun intended), how do you go from trying to snatch some food to snatching some snatch?
>>32775744
It was pretty good
>>32784970
Wasn't that a wonderful and uplifting movie?
>>32775744
Why are Korean movies so over the top?
https://youtu.be/yfJuZoJCqQs
I guess the same goes for all asian countries.
>>32785093
Oh yeah. Totes uplifting.
Still can't figure out if if Jane was raped or not (considering the times, the sheer concept of consent and the actions that followed is absent and either way she probably didn't really care). Poor Ruth couldn't have been older than 35. Had to look up what happened to the emergency government staff. My boy Jimmy got the best deal though.
Although this brings up a striking question: why did they end up regressing so much unlike real life example Japan? Unless my understanding of what happened to Nagasaki and Hiroshima is flawed.
