Young cops always have their head on a swivel. It would be best to find an older guy or a woman of any age. These two groups are more likely to be in their white zone because the badge makes them feel as if they are untouchable.
option one: quick strike to the back of the head that kills or otherwise incapacitated them. Then take your time getting loot. (This is considered deadly force so you have a green light over your head for getting shot)
Option 2 have back up and take them to the ground. go for the radio first and then remove other equipment.
