If I wanted to get into hunting, how would i go about it? What resources are out there for new hunters? How do I find hunting grounds?

I do not own a bolt action, but I was looking at a Tikka t3x lite. Any recommendations?

Not him, but ask around at your nearest outdoor store that sells hunting permits. There are always dozens of brochers advertising land to hunt on. Or go to the local farms and ask the land owners if you can hunt there. Make sure to give them some meat from the kill.
