I already know i can't use trademarks or copyright, i stated that exception already.

Razgriz ans Outer Haven do not look to be copyright but it still is easily recognizable by anyone in the know. Obviously i can't use the original logos.

I'm more concerned with the automatic copyright artistic things get. If i made an Elsa's ice cream shack I'd be sued by Disney before the ink dried.

I know there was some kommando who opened a Gunsmith Cats gunstore in Chicago but I'm not sure how they got away with it

I've got FOXHOUND, HCLI, and Oorai patches scattered about some of my gear. I really want to make up some Razgriz stuff, too.

If I ever get around to buying a Long-EZ (hah...fuck I'm poor), I'm painting that fucker in black and slapping a Ghosts of Razgriz emblem on the tail. I wouldn't have even gotten into aviation had I not played Ace Combat as a kid, so it only seems fitting.
