Literally the best state in America.

It's not even that expensive to live there, you can get a good winterproofed house with a comfy wood stove in the living room on 20-30 acres for like 150-200 grand, and I padded that number.

You won't get lots of square footage because it gets cold as tits in the winter and heating is hard, but Vermont houses are cozy as shit.

My cousins live up there, used to be my favorite place to go on vacation. Maine is pretty dope too but it just feels different.
