After going back and forth on this whole sbr supressor conundrum I decided on a sig mpx with a cuckbrace

Every option is imperfect

Cuckbrace is faggy in many ways but it works and keeps your options open if laws change

Welded permanent supressor allows full stock choice and keeps stock options open but it limits your supressor options and once you install it you are stuck. More companies are coming out with supressors designed for fixed mounting, so this option might get better with time.

That's not it either. They put length limits on Shotguns and Rifles because they didn't want the gangsters to circumvent the $200 Tax on Pistols by cutting down the rifles and shotguns. Pistols were removed at the very end but they didn't remove rifles and shotguns from the purview of the NFA.
