Has anybody else noticed a couple of flaws with the functionality of firearms in this game?

This works with both the 1911 and the Glock in this game,

1. Clear firearm and lock slide to rear
2. Insert magazine
3. Remove magazine
4. Lock slide forward
5. Pull trigger
6. Fire weapon

That could happen in real life. Bullets fall out of the magazine all the time. That's why u need a magazine disconnect.
