Those appear to be hand me down PASGTs. They are decent helmets. UN ROEs put the peacekeepers at far more risk than any deficiencies in protective body armor. If you're literally not allowed to do anything even if the enemy is casually walking around and executing blue-hats it doesn't matter what you've wearing, you're effectively a lamb in a slaughterhouse.

Most western nations just use blue helmet covers.

UN troops aren't a monolithic organization. They'er made up of different countries who are supporting a UN mission at a time. They're wearing their own military gear painted blue.

US troops participating in a UN mission = ACH
UK troops participating in a UN mission = MK6
Ghanan troops participating in a UN mission = Tin can
