Not trying to shitpost, but based on the large majority of gun owners having very little training in weapons handling (plinking at the range once a month with bad habits aflame the entire time and the single class they had to take for the CHL), this seems to be the logical conclusion of an altercation.

So if a bad guy takes my gun, then I just take it back. We then get stuck in an infinite loop of taking guns because we're both terrible at weapons handling.
