Slide safety is for collection and interspace bounty hunting. 4k rounds and I haven't run into any issues other than WWB still being the dirtiest shit out there.

Got mine in 45acp, the only thing I would like to change would be to make the slide a bit bigger

Keep on Gunbroker, there's usually an influx when someone turns up an old crate every year. They're in rough quality, mine was damn near a smoothbore when I got it, but $300 to please my autsim isn't much in the long run.

Idk why people hate slide safety's I've literally never hit my safety while working the slide on any gun.... I didn't even buy mine because cowboy bebop, but because it was an unshot kit with all the mags / barrel /spring / box of 9mm and 41 AE for 450$.

no dude you'd have to fucking modify the slide and get some sort of custom magazine, which iirc 45acp is similar overall length to 10mm? so it prob wont fit in the mag well. its honestly a fucking shame 41 AE never caught on. i've got a box of 50 and the barrel for it... cant bring myself to shoot it though.

A good gunsmith can help you do anything, but for what you are looking for, please consider switching the spring and then going to .45 super, or .450 SMC

It outclasses the 10mm (in power, not volume..still a big bullet...4u) and requires to change to your gun beyond the spring.
