Do you guys ever trade instead of buying with cash? How do you make tough trade choices? Like when you are real attached to something you have, but you really want the other thing too and the only way to get it is to trade the gun you love. I'm talking high stakes trading.
The gun I want is hard to get, but so is the gun I am trading for it. Fuckkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk should I just wait until I have more money? The chance to get this gun might not come again for years
I typically don't sell or trade anything I like.
What are you thinking about trading and for what? Might help you get better advice.

If your gun transactions don't always end up as at least +1 gun you did something wrong.
I don't get attached to them. Every gun I own is for sale or trade. I decide based on market value and/or potential.
Over the years I've turned a stripped lower into a Les Baer and a Glock 19 into a Ducati.

i have a nice artillery luger with original stock holster and want to trade for a german G43 with original scope

The problem is the guy wants the luger, he isn't interested in cash

Yeah but for me a G43 is my Ducati

If you've done your homework and they are valued similarly, I personally would make that trade.

It should be a pretty simple matter to determine which one has a higher market value. If they're roughly the same, determine which one you're more likely to come across again.
The last 2 guns I got I got them in a trade. I can't stand to see guns gather dust and not get used, so I'll throw a "trade" ad up in the gun forum I peruse until I get an offer that interests me.
I'm actually working on a 3rd trade right now.

What a nice bike. I can only imagine how bad ass an actual motorcycle feels.
All I have is a kawasaki ninja :/

Like a 250? My Monster probably isn't much faster haha. It's got a 20 year old carb'd v-twin making a massive 80 something horsepower.
