I've lost 130 lbs. I'm down to 220 at the moment. That video was taken when I was about 250. My target weight is 190. So I'm working on it. Also quit smoking about 3 months ago.

About 22 minutes jogging on the treadmill. I'm sure if I absolutely tried to blow out my knees and sprint the whole thing I could get it down to like 15.

I will be the guy to complain about needing to stop trying to shoot fast and to shoot more accurately.
