Hmm, wasn't there a problem with big splinters going in between the blade and that hoop seat and breaking the seating? Or is the blade flared right in front of a seating?

Can this thread just be about making any object tactical by putting string on it?

I did a thing with a cold steel ax head I was given. Not to make it "tactical" I was just killing time.
