Small handgun like a p938 , a decent at least 3inch knife , kinda muddy dark clothes , a dirty backpack ( could be a nice one but just wipe mud and halfass wash for a good dirty used look ) , hat , glasses , and for protection a 2A/3A vest that hugs close to you ( could go 3/4 if you use a jacket like winter time conditions).

Pro-tip: If you are looking to be camouflaged or blend in in an urban environment khaki is a better option
